Your anchor: the Inverted Pyramid
The floating upside-down pyramid is visible from almost everywhere. Its size and angle tell you how far you are from the center of the map.
Zones to memorize
- Tostarena town with its colorful houses
- The ruins and the Moe-Eye area
- The frozen underground lake
- The oasis and the jaxi stands
Day vs. ice
Some screenshots show frozen areas — those are almost always underground or after the story event, so look for ice textures before guessing open desert.
