1. What OdysseyGuessr is
OdysseyGuessr is a free, non-commercial fan-made browser game inspired by Super Mario Odyssey. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Nintendo Co., Ltd.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address when creating an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
- Accounts are personal. Don't share, sell, or transfer them.
- We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automation to play or scrape the site.
- Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
- Submit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringes on others' rights.
- Impersonate other players, moderators, or staff.
- Circumvent rate limits, bans, or ad-supported access.
4. User submissions
When you submit a place, screenshot, or suggestion you confirm you have the right to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it inside the game. We may edit, reject, or remove submissions at our discretion.
5. Multiplayer conduct
Be respectful. Cheating, deliberately ruining matches for other players, or using unfair advantages can result in a temporary or permanent ban.
6. Intellectual property
All Super Mario Odyssey assets remain the property of Nintendo. Code and original UI of OdysseyGuessr belong to the operator listed in the Impressum.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the game evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
