OdysseyGuessr has five badges that appear next to your name on the leaderboard and in online matches. Some are earned automatically, some are given by hand and one can no longer be earned at all. Here is exactly how each one works.
Badge overview
- CreatorStatus: Not obtainable
Reserved for the creator of OdysseyGuessr.
How to get it
This badge belongs to the account of the person who built the game. It cannot be requested, earned or transferred.
- ModeratorStatus: Given by hand
Trusted players who help review submitted places.
How to get it
Moderators are chosen by the team. Being active, fair and reliable helps: submit good places, report problems with the in-game suggestion button and get in touch through the contact page if you would like to help review submissions.
- LegendStatus: Not obtainable
Players who created their account before August 20, 2026.
How to get it
The Legend badge is added automatically to every account created before August 20, 2026. That date has passed, so it can no longer be earned. If your account is older than that date, you already have it.
- YouTuberStatus: Given by hand
Content creators who make OdysseyGuessr videos.
How to get it
Publish a video about OdysseyGuessr, then send us the link through the contact page with the nickname of your account. The badge is granted by hand after a quick check.
- GamerStatus: Automatic
Players with at least 5,000,000 total points.
How to get it
This is the badge anybody can still earn just by playing. Sign in and play: every point from singleplayer, multiplayer and Daily Play counts toward your all-time total. When you reach 5,000,000 points the badge appears automatically.
How long does the Gamer badge take?
A round is worth up to 5,000 points, so 5,000,000 points equal 1,000 perfect rounds. A realistic average of 3,000 points per round means about 1,667 rounds, or roughly 333 five-round games. Playing the Daily Play every day and a few games on top gets you there faster than you would think.
Tips to earn points faster
- Always sign in, because guest points are not added to your account total.
- Play Daily Play every day, which also builds your streak.
- Learn the kingdoms with the kingdom guides to score more per round.
- Play multiplayer: every round also adds to your total.
Badge questions
Can I have more than one badge?
Yes. All the badges you hold are shown side by side next to your name.
Is the streak flame a badge?
No. The flame with your day count on the leaderboard is your Daily Play streak, and it is not one of the five badges.
Can I still get the Legend badge?
No. It was only given to accounts created before August 20, 2026.
How do I get the YouTuber or Moderator badge?
Both are granted by hand. Use the contact page and tell us who you are and why.
