Mario Odyssey Kingdom Guides

Every round of OdysseyGuessr drops you into a screenshot from one of the 17 kingdoms of Super Mario Odyssey. Naming the kingdom is only half the job — this GeoGuessr-style game also scores how close your pin lands to the real spot. These guides list the visual tells, the landmarks worth memorising and the map tricks that turn a lucky guess into a 5,000 point round.

How scoring works

A wrong kingdom scores zero. A correct kingdom scores by distance: the closer your pin is to the real location, the more of the 5,000 points you keep. That is why kingdom knowledge alone is not enough — you need to know the inside of each map. Practise in single player, then take it to 4-player multiplayer.
